Creating a Vision Board helps you to focus on and create a visual of your goals!  This visual allows you to keep your goals before you, without having to continually review a goal list, and allows your brain to think more creatively about how to achieve your goals.

 

This free Workshop includes instruction, help with goal-setting, and a list of materials needed to create your own Vision Board.
